Tom completed a Bachelor of Science with First Class Honors in 2005 at the University of Melbourne and later studied Medicine at Flinders University again graduating with First Class Honors.
Tom currently works at The Royal Melbourne Hospital and also in a variety of specialty surgical fields in the private sector. He has a keen interest in critical care and trauma anaesthesia, obstetric, orthopaedic, plastic, vascular and ophthalmic anaesthesia. Tom is trained in a variety of ultrasound-guided regional anaesthetic techniques and may offer these as an adjunct to your post-operative pain management.
Tom is a Fellow of the Australian and New Zealand College of Anaesthetists and fulfils the Continuing Professional Development requirements, he attends both national and international conferences and teaches trainee critical care doctors in airway management and resuscitation. He frequently teaches physiology and pharmacology to doctors training to become anaesthetists.
